Classes Description
Mobility | Mobility classes are perfect for people who want to improve their flexibility and increase their range of motion. During 60-minute sessions, we will work on the entire body at a calm pace, focusing on smooth and controlled movements. These classes will help you improve your body, your posture and reduce muscle tension, which will make everyday movements easier and more natural. |
SuperKids | Non-boring, general development classes for children with elements of gymnastics, acrobatics and martial arts. Without unhealthy competition, through games, fun and cooperation. |
Calisthenics | A type of strength training of moderate intensity using your own body weight. The name ‘calisthenics’ consists of the Greek words kalos and sthenos, meaning beautiful and strong. |
Circuit strength training | General development and strength training for teenagers and adults, engaging the whole body during one workout. |
Healthy spine | Group fitness classes specifically designed to improve your overall fitness by relaxing and increasing your spinal mobility. If you’re dealing with constant back pain or find it hard to engage your core during workouts, these classes are for you. You’ll learn how to breathe properly, move mindfully, and control your body to develop healthy movement patterns. |
